| The Sounds of Love Gala is a critical event on the Original Kids' fundraising calendar. Last year, staff, family and friends of the Company raised $15,000 towards upgrading our technical operating systems in our theatre. But our job isn't done yet. We still need to raise another $20,000 to complete our technical upgrade plan which includes the purchase of microphones, lighting instruments, specialized lighting software and a new projector. Continuing to upgrade our technical systems allows us to give our Original Kids techies the proper training they require, our kids on stage a great experience and a show to be proud of, and our audiences the wonderful production values they have come to expect. Why not plan to attend this fun evening with friends, listening to wonderful music by Original Kids past and present, enjoying sumptuous hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, and bidding on fabulous live and silent auction items -- such as dinners and shows at the Stratford and Shaw Festivals, a weekend in Bayfield, lunch at the Parliamentary Restaurant in Ottawa with MP Ed Holder, and a cameo in an Original Kids Show.
